Location

Located in the lush greenery of old Awas, Kensington Villas is a gated community consisting of five villas.

Alibaug (Mandwa) is a 20 minute speed boat ride from Gateway of India. Our project is a 7-minute ride from Mandwa Jetty on the main Alibaug-Mandwa road. Awas Beach is at a 5-minute distance from our site.

We are located close to restaurants and convenience stores, and also have a lovely hill view from our site.
